Bob Dunkley Firearms accept no responsibility for damage to persons or property resulting from the use of any gun, rifle or firearm sold lawfully to any person.
Guns are sold as described and no refund will be made unless it can be shown that a product was misleadingly described. No refund will be made for goods developing faults subsequent to sale unless specifically guaranteed ( eg. guns sold as NEW). Where guns are sold on commission for third parties, we offer no guarantees and no responsibility will be accepted for the transaction unless the item sold is found to be out of proof or not legally obtained.
All items sent via couriers are sent at the owners risk and are not insured, unless requested to do so. Bob Dunkley Firearms accepts no responsibility for damaged or missing goods, once they have been dispatched in good order.
Gun condition reports are the honest opinion of the examiner, based on close examination of the gun or rifle. Photographs are of the actual gun or rifle on the day of the report. No responsibility is accepted regarding the accuracy of the opinion given and no refund or compensation is payable under any circumstances for a dispute regarding the accuracy of the opinion given.
All guns are stored at the agreed rate. Where guns are to be stored longer than 6 months payment of outstanding charges must be made every 12 months to avoid large debts. If a gun is stored for 24 months and no payment has been made, we will attempt to contact the owner for payment but in the event that no payment is made for a further three months, we reserve the right to sell the gun to recover costs. Any balance will be payable to the owner on demand. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure we hold the correct contact details
